I hate final year!

Will post some photos once have finished this entry! Am SO fed up of being a student! Have so much work to do. Saying that, I still seem to be achieving a fairly decent social life one way or another!

Last tuesday night was the joint modlangsoc/erasmus soc 3 legged pubcrawl, from Mens Bar via the Goose and City Vaults to Blue Bambu. Last wednesday, went with John, Scott and Emmie to see the Counterfeiters at Tyneside. Last thursday was Scott and Emmie's leaving drinks, so went to Costa coffee and the Flatbread cafe for food before Bar Bacchus, and Friday was Rhys et al's 80s houseparty, before catching my 1 am saturday megabus down to London.

Arrived at 7am, entertained myself on the tube for quite a while heading out to Wimbledon and back and going the long way round the Circle line to Bond Street to keep warm, sit down and kill time/nap before meeting Angie at eleven for brunch in John lewis on Oxford Street. Then met Marie-Pierre and her friend in Trafalgar square, and we went to Yates' in Leicester Square for a proper lunch. Then headed out to Helen's at Maida Vale to dump my case and have a shower before heading to her friend's house for birthday drinks. We then went out to Zoo Bar (Leicester Square). Sunday, had a nice lie-ine and pancakes for brunch, then went to the Imperial War Museum (with Hels) before meeting her Italian friend from exchange in Canada for dinner somewhere near Leicester Square.

Caught my bus at 11.15pm, almost slept through my stop early on Monday morn, got backhome at 6.30 amd went to bed for 5 hours. Then headed out to northumberland park for Scott and Emmie's lessons before French liaison interpeting. Monday night stayed in and Anna cooked chilli con carne, yesterday had an 'audition' for a poss Salsa show in London next March with The Latin Connection/Salsa UK and went to TT for the 2nd time this term! Tonight was planning on going on the LBS film social but got cancelled and was meant to be at WHQ for Itchy Feet but so not going cos am ill. Tomorrow night, having Scott and Emmie's lesson in the pub over drinks (which I am paying for!) and Friday night, I head down to Bath for a cousin's wedding....
